Pepe Castillo shut 'em down and shut 'em out, hurling Arizona past Washington 6-0 in a complete game victory.
He told SION sportswriters in the postgame interview, "This is a game of adjustments and I made some good ones in this game."
Castillo held the Washington Nationals without a run, tossing a 3-hitter while walking 1 and fanning 11.
This year Castillo has worked 55 innings with 45 strikeouts en route to a 3-2 record and a 3.11 ERA.

 | Sunday, May 1st, 2011: Chris Britton to Miss 2 Months
Chris Britton of the Arizona Diamondbacks could be headed for the disabled list after suffering a torn bicep muscle in a game against the San Diego Padres. He is expected to miss at least 2 months. The Arizona reliever was injured throwing a pitch. Britton said, "Right now I am pretty sore and I don't feel very good at all."
So far this year Britton has no saves in 10 relief appearances with a 1-1 record and 4.76 ERA.
